- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened software or digital downloads.
- Custom-built PCs, personalized systems, or modified components.
- Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or neglect.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Package the Product – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all parts and accessories are included.
- Ship the Item – Return the item to the following address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it must go through the return process. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
