  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available. Delivery time is generally 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary based on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Shipping destination (domestic or international).
  • Size and weight of the products.
  • Shipping method selected during checkout (Standard or Expedited).

QuantumAliPulsePC provides a shipping cost estimator at checkout to give you an accurate shipping fee before completing your order.


3. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. QuantumAliPulsePC is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status on the carrier’s website.


6. International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. QuantumAliPulsePC is not responsible for these additional charges. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any import fees or restrictions in their country.
